Bartender Day: Once Upon a Time in America

February 6 is considered to be International Bartender's Day - in fact, on this day the Catholic Church honors the memory of St. Amand. The monk and missionary Amand lived in 7th century France and is considered the patron saint of winemakers, restaurateurs, brewers and bartenders because, among other things, he evangelized the wine regions of France, Germany and Flanders.
