Bruno Vepkhvadze is a fourth generation artist. He is the successor of the famous Vepkhvadze dynasty of painters, which is known far beyond the borders of Georgia. Bruno was born in 1986 in Tbilisi in the family of the artist Giovanni Vepkhvadze. The boy grew up in a creative environment, and from early childhood he was fond of drawing.

He graduated from the Children's Art School, after which he was immediately enrolled in the 3rd year of the Tbilisi Art School. During his studies, Bruno participated in professional art exhibitions held in Tbilisi. His works were highly praised by experts and in 2004, student Vepkhvadze was accepted into the Association of Georgian Artists. And in 2006, after completing his studies, he became a member of the Union of Artists of Georgia.

In 2009, the artist received a diploma from the Tbilisi Academy of Arts and held his first personal exhibition. Now Bruno Vepkhvadze is a world-famous artist. His exhibitions are held in different countries, and his paintings are kept in collections and galleries in the USA, Japan, Great Britain, Italy and Turkey.

The main theme of Bruno Vepkhvadze’s classic paintings is the history of the Ancient World and the Middle Ages. The artist carefully prepares for the creation of each canvas, studying clothing, customs, architecture and historical facts. In this he is greatly helped by his knowledge of the Italian language, which the master speaks flawlessly.
