He just took and put his educational institution up for sale. And paid for it with graduation.



Scheele asked for a small amount of money for the school — some $ 12,275. He described the lot as "a huge 20-room building." As advantages, the guy pointed out a new football field, four modern classrooms, a close location from Walmart, a huge parking lot that is "great for parties", a large dining room. And he called the loss of students the reason for the sale.

The administration saw the alleged threat to schoolchildren in the reason for the sale and decided to take action. The author of the ad was quickly identified. Later, Scheele said that by the loss of schoolchildren, he meant that the senior classes are graduating.
As punishment, Keelan was suspended from school for the rest of the year and banned from appearing at graduation.
