The Tiongose family decided to tell about their life after a wave of murders of albino children swept through the country, whom local sorcerers call "cursed", and amulets are made from their remains that bring good luck.

Albinos are all members of the Tiongose family, and the head of the family, 54-year-old Temba, says that they are forced to face prejudice and attacks every day.

Temba Tiongese, his wife, 35-year-old Nokwanda, and their three children — 15-year-old Abongile, 9-year-old Siposetu and 7-year-old Linamandla, live in a small settlement in South Africa. They believe that the government of the country should protect albinos, especially after the recent series of violent attacks on them.
