When you walk through the woods, we are usually mentally prepared to step into any puddle or be bitten by mosquitoes, but hardly expect to stumble upon an art installation, fashioned from dirt, leaves and rice.

Student of the art Department Keith Motooka makes sculptures of different materials, and one of his latest art projects — figures and faces of people who he had placed in the woods near his home.

They seem to grow from the bamboo trees. Looks scary, but attracts the eye. Though at night I don't come across!

Keith Motooka started this project during the lockdown, when many panic and despair. The sculptor tried to Express these emotions in art.
