A strange couple on the street: a dog and a cat together
On the streets of Kunming, Yunnan province, you can meet a strange couple - a dog and a cat, sitting on their four-legged comrade on horseback. Their names are Vancai and Mimi. The owner of the animals, 42-year-old retired policeman Xu Jin, is surprised at such a strong friendship no less than others. “When I got a dog and I started taking it for a walk, the cat began to meow plaintively,” the man says. “So I bought a leash and started taking her too. Soon, however, the cat began to tire and quickly realized that it was much easier to ride on the dog's back.
Now Xu Jin lets them go out together. In case Wancai and Mimi get lost, the dog has a tracking smartphone on its paw.
