Sixteen thousand military personnel from NATO countries practiced joint actions against various threats in the Arctic conditions. At the same time, each of them was asked to shoot themselves against the background of military equipment or while performing the next task. So there were pictures against the background of glaciers, on board ships and even during a fighter flight. The inspiration of military commanders in this unusual task for subordinates was the success of the so-called “Oscar selfie”. In early March, leading Hollywood stars were photographed with the host of the Academy Awards. This picture immediately broke all records for being quoted on Twitter.
