1. The motorcycle is the main mode of transportation.

In most countries, cars and public transport are the most common modes of travel, but not here. There are over 45 million registered motorcycles in the country, which means that almost half of the population owns their own motorcycles. This is also one of the reasons for the slightly "chaotic" traffic, which is not all that chaotic if you figure it out a bit.
