The idea that some people have the property of directly asking for a blow is not at all unusual and even has some scientific basis. Scientists believe that at the dawn of mankind, when the main weapon of war was a strong right hook, people could evolve faces in a special way, becoming able to take a blow. This applies mainly to men. Noses, jaws, cheekbones and eye sockets developed, becoming stronger. And, although our features have become more subtle over the years, some faces have apparently retained more "bakpfeifengesicht" characteristics than others.
