Felicia Simion, 21, photographs her five-year-old nephew while visiting her grandparents' home in a small Romanian village for weekends and holidays. “I decided to join Felix in his fictional game world, where I was the observer and narrator, and he, free from any restrictions, reincarnated as a dog, a blond girl or a stern man,” says Felicia. “Watching the expression of his freedom and unconditional fun, I was able to fall in love again with the place where my own childhood once passed.”
